Geocache Description:

Located in North Richland. Bring a Pen.

This location can be very busy during the week and on evenings. Would be a very good weekend cache.

This is the location of the WSU Tri Cities Branch. This used to be the Tri Cities University Center. CWU, WSU and EWU all had a presence there until 1989 when it became the WSU Tri Cities campus. Since that time the campus has expanded significantly.
