You're looking for a green plastic Emerald Nut container.
I've hiked up through Mentryville with my friends Aunt B and VerMagnus many, many times......and have placed several caches. While hiking, we came across a pile of rocks that looked like a man taking a rest....so the geocachers that we are decided to dress up the rock formation so he could greet all the hikers on the trail. Once we got him all dressed up, he looked so good I had to put a cache there so other people could enjoy the artwork. Time, muggles and a freshly paved road in Spring, 2011 have since destroyed the "artwork" and only a few bigger rocks remain....they make pretty good benches for resting and signing the cache log. Bummer.....it was cooooool....but enjoy the hike and the beautiful scenery. Guess there used to be a reason for the power lines & telephone poles...can understand them going to Johnson Park but it seems funny to see them continuing on up the road...with the last pole just up beyond this cache...but no more buildings.
