Geocache Description:

A multi-part photographic puzzle cache designed as a walking tour of a beautiful part of our city.

These coords will start you on a walking tour of the birthplace of “The Cube”; they are not the actual coordinates of the final cache. Parking is limited for visitors to this location, so please observe the regulations. To find the final cache coordinates, you will need to match the pictures given below with objects somewhere on your walking tour.

  1) On the plaque at this location, average the 1st and 3rd dates; the last digit of the result = A. The last two digits of the 3rd date – 1 = B
  2) At this location find the class date that is partially shown in the photo. Add the last two digits; this number is C.
  3) At this location count the number of the objects shown in the picture; this number plus 6 = D.
  4) Find the remaining digits on the carving. Hint: use the second picture to help you find the location of the carving. These digits plus 3 = E.
  5) Once you have found this peaceful place, count the number of words in the sidewalk; this = F.
  6) Count the number of these objects on the East wall (come on – use your GPS) of the atrium and subtract 4;
this number = G

The final cache can be found at N 46 B.GD W 1E (F-2)F.CA. We hope you enjoy this tour of a nationally known Helena landmark.
