LOCATED NEAR THE ENTRANCE TO THE ONEIDA CITY PARK. CACHE IS A 2IN BY 8IN PLASTIC TUBE.
NEAR THE CACHE SITE YOU WILL FIND AN OLD TRAIN DEPOT THAT NOW ACTS AS A MUSEUM. Actually, there were no railroad tracks here. The depot was moved from it's original site to the Oneida City Park to be used as a Tennessee Railroad museum. A pal of mine worked in that depot as a dispatcher from 1970 until that depot was replaced by a new depot. The new depot is in the original spot of where this depot once stood. The depot was actually a few yards away on the other side of the underpass in the middle of the railroad tracks.
THE TRAILS ARE ALL PAVED AND THE PARK HOURS ARE 8AM-10PM.
