LeSourdsville Lake Amusement Park opened May 8, 1922. Admission was
10¢ per person. The park offered dancing, swimming, food, rides and
company picnics The park’s name was changed to Americana Amusement
Park in 1978. The park has been closed since the late 1990’s. The
website above contains abundant information and photos of the
park’s history.
