You can drive through the magic of the park or approach the bay with a boat (boat option recommended). Find a perch on the pier and watch the water for a short while, for you are likely to see things of beauty swimming below (oooh! saw a stingray today)! Note that the cache is located in the West Coast National Park, so a reasonable fee is payable to enter this area (unless you are the holder of a Green Card).
