Geocache Description:

Simple cache located in easy access area.

It should be easy to find if you're patient. The only clue I can give is ... well is encrypted. You'll have to BYOP because it's too small for anything but the paper to write on. Easy access anytime of the day although you can't park on School Rd. between the hours of 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday.

You are welcome to look on either side of the fence to find this one!
