Sanctuary Blind Traditional Cache

Small lock & lock located near a bird watching blind in the "Mountain Inlet Santuary" near the edge of Hopatcong.
First off, thanks to Woodlit for providing the container and initial contents of this cache. I guess he thought this was the only way to get me to finally place one.
This is near the bird watching blind as part of the "Mountain Inlet Sanctuary" in Hopatcong. There are a few parking spots at the location but they are marked as handicapped spots. There are more parking spots under .1 miles NE (usually see people fishing there). Keep an eye crossing the road, people come cruising through here.
