Geocache Description:

This cache is in a series recognizing historic cemeteries in Upshur County, Texas.

This is another in our series of "Ghosts of Upshur County" caches.
Ashland is right on the county line but is still just inside Upshur. You will even see a sign marking the county line that would suggest that you are in Harrison County, but I think that it was misplaced by a couple hundred feet.

note: There is a sign about a locked gate, but that is for the vehicle gate, not the smaller pedestrian gate.

As always, when visiting a cemetery, please be respectful by not leaving behind any litter & by preserving the land/property/headstones.
