The cache consists of three
micro-caches hidden in each of the cities, the last one containing
the log book (so there are nine micros). The coordinates of the
first waypoint are on this page, the other waypoints are in the
micro-caches in the other cities.
So you'll need to find helpful cachers in the other cities, who do
their caches in parallel with you and who are willing to share the
information with you.
You may log the cache you've actually found as
well as those in the other cities (after all, you've been looking
for them, at least virtually, at the same time).
