This is a strait forward three stage multi cache contained within Cummingston Park in Royal Oak.
The park is open year round and the hours are from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. Some light bushwhacking will be required and the trails can get pretty muddy after it rains. You'll also need bug spray in the summer months.

UPDATE: October 20th 2008
I have temporarily revised this cache to make it a two stage. There is a pond under construction at the second stage right now.
