Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions
in our disclaimer.
The Group Area has been reserved for this event, and will handle up to 60 people camping, has a dining hall w/kitchen, and our own restrooms. The showers are a little further away, but we have our own restrooms.
Have you run out of ideas for December 31st, tired of over priced hotel and bar parties, sceered to be on the roads or sidewalks? DO NOT SPEND THIS NEW YEARS EVE SITTING AT HOME WATCHING THAT DARN BALL DROP!!!!!!!!
Those of you who have experienced a “campout” with cachers from SETX know that this will be a fun event. If you have not yet enjoyed the late nights around the camp fire, telling stories about your favorite caches and cachers, ‘till the early hours of the morning… well come on and see what you have been missing. December 30 - January 1 (Friday - Sunday)
Did you just receive a GPS as a gift? Looking for an excuse to play with your new toy…. I mean equipment? Come see the real reason caching is the best activity around. It isn’t the smiley faces from gc.com, like you might think, it is all about the events. (just ask Snoogans)
Stephan F. Austin State Park has some great mountain biking trails; so if you have them, bring them. I am sure there will be a group outing on bikes, on foot, and by car to check out the area. Michelle and I have also planned some “caching games” for Saturday.

Please post a note/RSVP below if you plan on attending, or even if you are not sure, but would like to attend. This will give us a better idea of how to prepare things for the weekend.
Hope to see EVERYONE there, yes this means you too. If you are a cacher, you are invited/encouraged to attend.
We look forward to seeing you soon,
Scott and Michelle
