Catch a glimpse of what Memphis calls traffic from this unique vantage point. If you're thinking of stopping your car on the road and walking to the cache, DON'T DO IT. You need to think up. You'll need to park near one of two entrances to the Arch and walk to the cache.
This is a smaller cache, but you no longer need tweezers.
