Tennis Elbow Multi-Cache
OReviewer: As there's been no response to the previous note, I'm archiving it to keep it from continually showing up in search lists, and to prevent it from blocking other cache placements. If you wish to repair/replace the cache sometime in the future, just contact us (by email), and assuming it meets the guidelines, we'll be happy to unarchive it.

First stage is located in a nice quiet park. NOTE: Park is CLOSED
from 10 P.M. to 6 A.M. You will have to find a sign at the listed
coordinates to solve the puzzle and get the follow-on coordinates
to the final cache. - Use the digits on the sign to decode the
final coordinates. - Read the digits from left to right, top to
bottom as you would normally read a book. - Use the digits in
order. But, due to a change in the sign, please ignore the first 3
digits when starting to decode. - The coordinates are listed below
and can be translated by following this pattern: 8 = 8th digit, 15
= 15th digit, etc Coordinates are: N 8, 12º 17, 13.15, 9, 11 W 10,
17, 15º 8, 8.15, 13, 4 Go to these coordinates and find an Altoids
tin with a log book, pencil and the usual lucky Ladybug (we hope it
gets to stay here a long time for the luck of everyone!) There is a
bench provided for getting some rest while you decode, but be aware
of tennis playing muggles. They may wonder what you are up to…
Please return cache to the location you found me so the next person
can have the same experience as you.
