Geocache Description:

An easy multistage in a small shady park...once you solve the puzzles! 8/25/09 UPDATE: The final cache location has moved about 15" west of the old location which has now decayed to the point where it will no longer hide the cache. Fortunately the new location is still a three horned moose, but you will need to expand your search just a bit!



This is a multi- cache.  The coordinates above are not the cache location.  You must solve the puzzles below to get the final cache location.

You will need to solve the first puzzle in order to obtain the first stage coordinates.  The first coordinates will take you to a small shady park.  At either entrance to the park you will find a posted sign. The coordinates from the first puzzle will take you to one of these signs. On the sign you will find several numbers in the form:

Park Closed: BD P.M TO E A.M.

and....

VMC. FG.HI; J.KL: NA.OR

Write down the numbers indicated in blue above. Replace the letters with numbers in the second puzzle. There should only be one solution for this puzzle, it was taken from the "easy" section of a Sudoku puzzle book. Once you have completed the second puzzle you will have the coordinates that take you to the final cache. You will be looking for a medium plastic container. Once you find it, please rehide it well. That way it's less conspicuous to the muggles who wander these parts. 

Sudoku Puzzle Directions: Enter digits from 1-9 into the blank spaces.    Every row must contain one of each digit.  So must every column, as must every 3x3 square.
