1st Annual Tiresome Usual Suspects' BrewHaHa Event Cache

This cache has been archived.

Tiresome Usual Suspects: I must say this event went really well! I think we were all surprised at the turnout and lots of great conversation ensued. Unless I have forgotten someone, a total of 31 different cache accounts showed up. Counting their partners and/or family we stuffed 38 people into the back room at the Big Time Brewery. By all accounts we should do this again, perhaps having a mid-year gathering before the 2nd Annual BrewHaHa. Following is an alphabetical list of all those I believe attended. If I've forgotten you, please let me know! See you all next year!

peace,
The TUS

Geocache Description:

Join fishiam, nolenator, FunnyNose, OldBaldEagle, The Mercury Project, fauxSteve, BHMP, nevcowpok, markta and the rest of the local area FTFers for a beer or three.

The Tiresome Usual Suspects (TUS), both official and unofficial, hope to meet up with local cachers for an afternoon of tall tale telling and local micro brew quaffiing. It's also an occasion to settle up on a number of bets that have taken place over caching and football.

We've chosen the Big Time Brewery on The Ave in the heart of the U District as the meeting place. The time of the gathering is 4-7 PM on Thursday, January 5th 2006.

Join us for a post holiday celebration. Feel free to bring your coins to show off, TBs to trade, stories to tell, and half baked future cache hide plans to discuss. Any and all cachers and others they wish to bring are invited - but you must be over 21.

Oh yeah, HaHa, the event is in 2006.

A note about the Big Time ... here is their home page

The dinner menu is quite good so you can plan on eating here as well. I don't know if we'll congregate in the back room or the front room but I'm sure we'll be obvious.
