Geocache Description:

N.B. Location of final cache moved 27 September 2006. The above co-ordinates are for the suggested parking (Pay and Display). Although the cache itself is slightly out of town (to lessen the muggle impact) the whole route is on hard surfaced roads and paths with no steep hills or rough terrain.

G:UK cache rating

This multicache will take you on an interesting walk round the ancient and historic Cinque Port town of Sandwich, gathering clues from each location to the final cache hiding place.

You could complete the cache in under 2hrs but why not take your time as there are many interesting buildings to discover, ducks and other wild fowl to feed, and numerous pubs and tearooms for refreshments, before, during & after the caching experience.

There are play areas for junior cachers & benches for senior cachers along the way and wonderful facilities for geohounds towards the end of the route.

The clues are arranged to form a round trip, but could be done in any order.
