I was wondering why Blanston12 missed the terminus station on the Richmond line when he laid out his BART series. After checking out the statistics regarding this station I now understand his hesitation.
Based on inputs from a well-known (does that mean notorious?) retired BART police officer there are at least 5 reported crimes per day including felonies and miscelaneous infractions. In the daytime there are generally vehicle break-ins while at night there are crimes against people, so chose your caching activities carefully.
The cache itself, is a simple silver magnetic filmcanister on a thick rectangular fence post behind a small bush. So with all this information you should be able to make a quick grab-n-go.
