Read this description carefully, the cache is now a multi! Bark Park is a facility built by Montgomery County in conjunction with the Animal Resource Center adjacent to it.
What is a bark park?
A park where dogs are invited and not just permitted. It is an organized area for dogs (and their owners) to exercise, socialize and play. There is also a great view at the cache, with downtown Dayton barely in sight.

Bring Fido, Pluto, or Fifi along caching and let him run around with the other dogs! While you find the cache he can play without you worrying about him getting loose and running away.
Muggles will be a problem if the weather is nice, but if you are patient they will follow their dogs somewhere else. This cache is ONLY accessible during daylight hours. Do not attempt this at night, you will be violating park rules. They have started closing the area that includes first stage coordinates during winter. You may still be able to solve the puzzle using information at the bottom the of the hill plus some keen eyesight. I have added a Geochecker to help. Additional info on whether the park is fully open or not is available here. The final is accessible year round.
How to find the physical cache:
A=max # of dogs per adult x 2
B=# of benches + picnic tables at coords + 6
C=age in months puppies must be to enter + max # of dogs per adult
D=# of steps to keep the scene clean x 2
Add em up, last digit of checksum is 0 (correct me if I'm wrong).
Now use this information to complete this equation, which will take you to the final cache:
N 39° 50.ABB
W084° 10.CDD
- The Bark Park was built on a closed landfill and represents a creative use of land which would otherwise go unused. Originally, the landfill was used to dispose of ash that was generated by the Montgomery County Solid Waste District Incinerators when they were in operation. Today, the landfill is closed and is a large hill covered in grass. The large hill is an ideal recreational environment to run your dog.
You might see Harriet and me here if I don't have school. I'm usually here in the early afternoon.

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
