Geocache Description:

*****This cache is not at the above coordinates!****

As the year 2005 draws to a close and we reflect upon the past year of geo-caching in San Diego County, you can’t help but notice the explosion of puzzle caches in the Rancho San Diego/ Sweetwater River/Wildlife Reserve area… better known now as Puzzle Valley or Puzzle Canyon. One has to wonder what 2006 will bring! In case you missed any of them....here’s a Puzzle Valley Review:

Pirates of the Spanish Main: Historia’s first puzzle cache. Very creative and much easier to solve than any of his Dad’s. We really like Historia. This is located on eastern edge of Puzzle Valley. Nice area for a hike.

Crossword Double: A Team Adelos creation. This one is for the FTF’ers. It will make many of them smile. Just don’t park on the street near the trail head!!!

What Time is it?: Jahoadi and John’s first puzzle. The only real question should be “Is it time to go cachin’? A rock pile….great….just what makes Flagman happy!!!

Bionicle: Onua Nuva: One great puzzle in a T.A. series of 7. The goal is to defeat Makuta and save the Island of Mata Nui from slavery. In this puzzle, Onua Nuva tunnels through mountains. You’re gonna have to climb one…or at least it seem like a mountain.

Jumble Rock: Another T.A. masterpiece. You can use paper and scissors, but Chuy will tell you a better way to solve this.

Double Themed: Double? Does that mean 2 puzzles to solve? Well....sort of. Great theme…with swag to match. QDman is sure creative.

Island of Mata Nui: T.A. warns us in this puzzle of a great battle forthcoming. I don’t think we were prepared. Puzzle located along a great hiking/biking/running path.

Like Father Like Son: Created with a theme that T.T. just hates. Nice short walk.

Hawk Hill: Another T.A. jewel. Did you throw away your old Rubix Cube? I hope not.

Dominoes: A T.A. RSD urban micro. This is cute and will force you to hone some skills that you learned long ago….or at least long ago for some of us.

Twoo Wuv # 4 Prince Humperdinck: This is a winner. Not only is it a puzzle in QDman’s series to save Princess Buttercup, but it’s a multi-cache. Watch out for the wildlife when you hunt for this and be prepared to CLIMB!!

Extorted Treasure: QDman grows beautiful roses, but that’s all that’s beautiful in this one: tough puzzle.

America Loves Birds: This one is really for the birds and the bees. The views are great…just watch out for bees.

Cachin’ in the USA: Not really Puzzle Valley, but QDman takes you on a grand tour of the USA and you end up in Rancho San Diego….what more could you ask for?….probably a hint because you’ll need it.

Twoo Wuv #3- Count Rugen: One of the puzzles in a series by QDman. This puzzle series has you racing all over the valley climbing every hill in sight in search of clues and assistance needed to rescue Princess Buttercup. Chuy rescued the beautiful lady in one afternoon, but others have spent considerably more time. Each puzzle is unique and each trip is worth the effort. You’ll thank QDman for helping you lose weight after this series.

Cache is a plastic container with FTF $$$.
