This is the FLASH's Creek Hide. It is located in Ellicot Creek Park and the parking coordinates are N 43*01.233 W 078*50.000. The cache is a small rubbermaid Lock n' Lock container. It should not be to difficult to find and feel free to comment on the coordinates or the hide. Good Luck!!!
