On Squak Mountain, at about 1900' elevation.
The location has pretty good reception, at a reasonably clear area in the woods along the trail. Of course there are many ways to approach this location, but the shortest is probably from Sierra Court SW on the north side of Squak Mountian. (Take a look at GCMM4W which is very near this parking location). When approaching the summit at Central Peak, near the radio tower, the side trail to this cache is not marked by a sign, but is about 50 yards below the radio tower.
This cache is an ammo can which is new and just placed on June 13, 2006 to replace a previous leaky container. I've also moved the location just slightly for better concealment and updated the coordinates.
In honor of the new can and location there are two modest FTF prizes for cachers who have not previously found this. One is for cachers under 18 years old, the other for those over. I keep hoping to see more kids doing this.
It contains 4 or 5 children's action figures suitable for 3-6 year olds and some sparkly earings. Also has some light sticks.
