Geocache Description:

Cache and dash in downtown Pomona.

Bunny Gunner adopted this cache, the hints still make sense but some of the description doesn't. Here is the old info:

I was working downtown on bike patrol one day with my friend Joe. As we rode around I told him about my geocaching addiction and my plans to find some good places for caches downtown. Joe works downtown protecting and serving, and one day he called me on the telephone and told me about this very odd sight on Main St just south of Second St (the old Pomona mall). He told me that he thought it would be a GREAT place for a cache. I drove downtown that day, and when I saw this particular dude I wondered how ago he had gotten into town.

I'm not going to spoil the surprise by telling you what caught Joe's attention, but let's just say it is most definitely worthy of a cache.

With the amount of artist-type folks (and police-type folks) hanging out downtown these days you could feel very safe grabbing this cache at night, but you probably wouldn't be able to see what prompted me to put this cache here in the first place.

This is the first of many caches to be posted in the downtown area, so get ready to be drawn to this very hip, very cool and very historic section of Pomona.

This cache is in a busy parking lot so please be careful to use stealth and replace it EXACTLY as you found it. If you're lucky you can park right at the cache.
