A two-stage multi cache that requires a little driving.
The final latitude and longitude of this cache are Palindromes.
Palindromes are words or numbers, which read the same forwards and backwards.
Some example of Palindromes are:
Kayak
Race car
Dammit, I’m mad.
You will have to solve the missing digits of the final position.
The Latitude of the final cache is at N 48° 2A.284’
and the Longitude is at W 123° BB.321’
They both read the same, forwards and backwards.
Call the letter “A” the missing number in the Latitude
and call the letters “BB” the missing numbers in the Longitude.
The necessary information can be found at the posted position.
The access gates to the posted position are closed at night so you will have to go during the day. Public access to the site is allowed as long as you stay on the paved road.
Turn onto the access road at N48° 26.280’ W123° 24.860’
Then park at N48° 26.370’ W123° 24.760’
Close to the posted position you will find the gravestone of George W Shepherd.
What is the last digit in the year that he died?
Call this digit "A"
Find the day in November that he died.
Call this digit "B"
