Standing at the posted co-ordinance reading a sign is just about where you would have entered the front corner door of the Hotel. I can remember when I was knee-high to a grasshopper staring in there. The place smelled funny and it was a place I never ventured, as my parents didn't touch a drop of the stuff. Childhood memories.
Enough of nostalgia, welcome to the town where I grew up. You should be looking at a hunk of painted tin. On it are some clues for you to decipher. They shall lead you to a final set of ordinance (ground zero).
One thing I do ask of you before we begin is that everything that is in this Cache is brand new and worth more than $2.00. It is amazing what you can find in some of these cheap shops, so if you are going to exchange something please follow the above rule. If you don't have anything new, then just log the find!
Let's begin. The final co-ordinance are,
S 36 AA.4BB
E 142 22.6CC

BB = The total amount of Blacksmith's and Sons employed at Ackland’s during their peak.
CC = Back up the street again to where you found the answer to AA, add the 2 years together (exclude the 19 hundred bit and from one plaque only) then subtract 3 from the total.
