This park holds a lot of history.
Please be sure to read the two different plaques...one tells the history of the park, and the other tells about the plaza.
I was here the day this building burned down. A lot of Wenatchee came to this street and just stood there and watched as it burned. My father was one of the firemen that responded.
When I was kid, my best friend's family owned a store here. It's weird to stand here now, on the spot where I would play and run around the store with my friend.
