Geocache Description:

This cache is located in Patrick County right off of road #822 (Goose Point Road). Park at N 36.46.702, W 80.05.817. Nice location for hiking and bike riding.

The cache is located near a clearing established by Park Rangers in the winter of 1989 providing an open feeding area for wild birds and animals. If you sit quietly, you may see some of the park's wild residents in this clearing. It's a very nice view of the distant Blue Ridge Mountains, and the not-so-far-away Stuart's Knob.

The cache is a green ammo can packed with lots of goodies.
