Polyglot Multi-Cache

This is a four-part cache. All of the containers are small. The coordinates of the first stage are given above. In the first, second and third caches, you will find a key by which the answers to the questions below can be translated into the coordinates for the next stage. The first three stages are on relatively flat terrain. The last requires a hike up a mountain trail in Deems Hills Park.
Each answer contains ten letters, the first five of which, when translated by the key found in the cache, are the last five digits of latitude (minutes and thousandths of minutes) and the second five of which are the last five digits of longitude (minutes and thousands of minutes). In other words, using the key, you will fill in the blanks for N 33º_ _ . _ _ _, W 112º _ _ . _ _ _.
As an incentive to the first three finders, the final cache contains a 10 Euro note, a 20 Mexican peso note, and a NZ$10 note. Don’t be greedy! Just take one and leave something more interesting than the usual plastic trinket!
The questions are pretty easy even if you don’t know the language. Recognizable words or phrases are imbedded in each one. If you don’t know the answers offhand, only a little bit of research will do the trick. The solution to the third one, for example, took about ten seconds to turn up in a routine Yahoo search. There also are a lot of free online translation programs for those who want to use that shortcut.
To reward those few who take the trouble to tackle this one, I have increased the difficulty level to 4. Perhaps this one isn't quite as easy as it seemed to me.
