Along the San Luis Rey Bike / Hike trail in Oceanside. I only rated this a 2 in terrain because there is a 30' cemented rock bank to climb down to get to the cache.
This is a nice community paved trail commonly used by muggle bicyclers and walkers/joggers. Enjoy the path and try to be discreet when retrieving and replacing cache. A good starting point for the trail less than 2 miles from the cache is at N33 11.997 W117 23.153. Trail is a total of 7.3 miles should you want to tour the whole length. There are many other entry points at major road intersections.
Cache container is a green decon container.
Do not even think of stopping along the freeway 76 to access the cache.
