Well over 30 years ago I saw this place for the 1st time and was thrilled. People everywhere were walking with family, having picnics, fishing and paddling canoes across the water. I wanted so bad to get a canoe and head out on the water like other families were doing. It looked like so much fun. It was this place where time didn’t seem to matter. Where people were happy and work, traffic and daily pressure didn’t seem to matter. I never got that canoe ride but I still drive by and remember that 1st memory of a place that used to be.
This cache opens by pulling down on one end. Bring your own pencil. Please be discreet and place the cache back the way you found it. People may be watching.
