This area is a good examples of the Florida Everglades right here in the Bluegrass. The floodplain that makes up this area has created an area much like the everglades where wildlife is everywhere.
This cache is placed near a old road bed that is gated and is the best access to this unique area. Cache is 75 feet from parking. Do not block the gate and watch out for the drop off from the main road.
