First in a series of easy to get to caches with great views.
Small cache in a non-traditional container. This cache contains only a log. There is not enough room for trade items. Please bring your own writing instrument. This area is on an active walking/jogging circuit beside a busy road, so you will have to do your best secret agent impression.
Pause and reflect on the wonders of nature. If you are lucky you will be able to watch Canada geese, ducks and maybe a blue heron.
While there is no parking at the site, there is on-street parking within a couple of hundred yards. This cache is wheelchair accessible. This cache could be done at night. The area is well lit, but a flashlight would be beneficial.
