Geocache Description:

This is another easy winter time cache. The terrain is level but bumpy.

The container is a small Tupperware container with a log book, pencil and some trade items. There is also a FTF prize for that lucky someone. When replacing this cache please place it the way you found it.

The SpringVale cemetery is also known as the East Elba cemetery. The land was deeded over on July 16, 1823 by Joel Mills.

Although it is no longer there, across the street from the cemetery was once a cobblestone school house for the area.

I have received permission from the Elba Town Board and Superintendent that maintains this cemetery to place this cache here.

**NOTE** 5/14/2007--- I have changed the container to a DVD case with a log book. It is inside a ziplock baggie in the same spot. PLEASE RESEAL both ziplocks so this cache stays dry!!!
