I do hope that this one gets fixed up quickly or it will be gone. This is a really nice cache.

Greetings,

It has been a while since I first looked at this cache. I can't find any recent responses about maintaining this cache so for the time being it will be archived and removed from the active cache listings. We are no longer leaving caches stay disabled for extended periods of time.

Groundspeak and the geocaching community appreciate your contributions to geocaching and I hope to see this cache back in operation soon. If you can get it back up and running in the next week or so contact me to get it relisted. Otherwise plan to move it slightly and set up a new cache page.

Geocache Description:

This is a three-stage multi located in an under-utilized sports and rec park near "Knobtown". It's part of the Raytown Parks and Recreation System, and I thank Rick Turner for allowing us to place this cache for everyone's enjoyment. Park hours are from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and they strictly prohibit visitors during non park hours. I would add that this cache will have you muttering even MORE curses if you attempt at night.

Stage One
If you use Google Earth, you will see that this one is a short walk from the parking area. Please exercise precision in removing the cache and replace it right where you found it.

Stage Two
The original container for this cache was broken after only two days of action. Bummer, because this was the highlight of the "muttering curses" experience. Bee careful not to fall while retrieving this one. Please make sure it stays where you find it.

Stage Three
There are TWO caches here. The original is a traditional plastic container with trade goodies. It has become lodged, I cannot get it out. The new cache is a large ammo can. Please return it where you found it. If you can dislodge the plastic container, let me know. I'll offer a prize to the cunning cacher. Please sign the log and trade equitably. As a cacher who really enjoys Travel Bugs, I welcome you to make this a safe place for TBs, so cachers like me can have even more fun. When you log your find, please do not give away the surprises at any of the three stages.
