This all Chick, all adult event is being held in
beautiful Gaylord over the weekend of March 31st:

Shopping Multi-Cache (see below)

Afternoon to do as you like, Lunch is up to you

Sunday April 2nd - our sad goodbyes
Again we have reserved the whole Bergen Building. There are twelve
rooms, each of which have coffee makers, microwave ovens and
fridges. Bergen also has an awesome great room, connecting all the
rooms, with a big screen TV perfect for watching Chick-Flicks.
The rooms will be $79 a night, so its best to find a room-mate or
two and split the cost. (01/17/06-Thanks to the Weasel, we now have
a room rate of $70) Reservations can be made by calling Marsh Ridge
at (989) 732-5552. The block of rooms is reserved under GeoChicks,
so just mention it when you call.
Hopefully we will have better weather than last year so we will
have a chance to use the Hot Tub, Firepit and awesome Deck.

DVD/BOOK SWAP: Just like last year, bring your books and DVDs to
swap. This is a great way to clean out your bookcase and get a few
new DVDs and/or books.
RECIPES: Women love to share recipes. We will have coupons for the
Geocaching Cookbook, so you can pre-order yours at the event. If
you would like to include your favorite recipes in the cookbook go
to www.typensave.com to include yours

Login is queenbee and the contributor password is eqqsb. Each
contributor is limited to 5 recipes. Please use your geocaching
name as your contributor name. Deadline for contributions is Feb.

SPECIAL EVENT ONLY MULTI-CACHE: Mr SleepyWeasel is hard at work on
an awesome event only multi-cache. He will take us on a tour of
some of the best shopping boutiques in Gaylord. The end prize will
be discounts at the stores.
GEOCHICKS GOODIE BAGS: The goodie bags went over so well last year
we decided to do it again. Everyone brought something for the
goodie bags. Most of the items last year were not caching related.
We will be using the Canvas bags that the Queen Bee is ordering for
us, PM 3Bees to order yours. Deadline for ordering
the canvas bags is MARCH 13, so don't delay. Don’t worry, if you
decide not to get a canvas bag we will have something to hold
your goodies. Everyone will get a goodie bag.
CRAFTING STUFF: After a day of fun, what better way to unwind then
to enjoy the company of friends and your favorite craft. So bring
you craft stuff; scrapbooking, stamping, knitting, crocheting,
whatever. There is plenty of room and lots of table space.
APRIL FOOLS TREATS: Everyone has that one recipe for something
silly. April Fools Day is a perfect time to make those recipes and
bring them for all your GeoChick friends to share. Fruit Pizza,
PuppyChow, Nut-N-Bolts, what is your favorite?
MOVIE NIGHT: Mrs SleepyWeasel will be bringing a DVD player and
there is a big screen TV available, so bring your favorite Chick
Flicks and microwave popcorn.
NEW EVENT CACHES: There will be 4 new event only caches available
during the weekend. When the event is over, they will be combined
into one and placed permanently in the Gaylord area.

If you attented the MiGO Winter Social, then you had a chance to
see the GeoChick Just Foolin' Around Shirt. Now you can order your
own GeoChicks Shirt/Sweatshirt. You can completely customize your
shirt, selecting the style of shirt and color. You can even add you
name (Caching Name and Real Name) to the pocket. Click on

We have reservations at Arlene's at 8:30am under the name of
GeoChicks (of course). Arlenes's is located at 324 W. Main Street,
downtown Gaylord. You do not have to be staying the night at the
Lodge to join us for any or all the events.
We will be having a raffle during the evening part of the event.
Lots of lovely items that we know GeoChicks will love, plus a
couple of GeoChick's Logo items. Proceeds from the raffle will go
to help support the NL Chapter, who's RVP has been instrumental in
putting together this event.
