This was a RTR cache I wone at the Xmas party, thanks to Jim52. This cache is a camo'd tobacco container and has log pencil, and traders.
OH! The cache can NOT be accessed from wheeler BLVD (NB Route 15) Park at the library, or at the J. Louis Arena. (some of the west side of J. Louis Arena is free)
