Loonse dierenschat
Deze multicache voert je door Overloon (NB) en is gemaakt ter gelegenheid van onze honderdste gevonden cache.
Je maakt een wandeling door Overloon langs een zevental beelden die dieren uitbeelden. Deze beelden markeren de route van het Oorlogsmuseum naar de dierentuin. De totale wandeling is ongeveer 3 km.
Parkeer je auto of fiets op de coordinaten zoals die bovenaan op deze pagina staan. Loop nu naar het volgende waypoint: N 51°34.240' - E005°57.173'
Hier vind je de eerste van zeven beelden die dieren uitbeelden met een attribuut die past bij het museum.
Zet de dierenamen van de beelden in de volgorde waarin je ze aantreft als je de aangegeven route loopt. Zoek tevens bij ieder beeld het bijbehorende attribuut. Kies uit het onderstaande:
Dieren: Lama, Pinguin, Neushoorn, Beer, Drommedaris, Giraffe en Zeehond
Attributen: Rupsband, Net, Deur, Deksel, Harnas, Patrijspoort en Zandzakken
Schrijf hieronder het dier met het bijbehorende attribuut op.

Loop na het eerste beeld naar waypoint N 51°34.199' - E005°56.893' en loop hierna naar waypoint N 51°34.548' - E005°56.586'. Onderweg ben je nu langs de zeven beelden gekomen en kun je nu de eindcache bepalen.

De onderstaande vragen hebben betrekking op het hoeveelste beeld in de rij tijdens de wandeling het betreft.

Plaats de cache na het loggen weer diep genoeg in het gat zodat de deksel onder het bladerdek blijft. Alleen zo blijft de cache uit het zicht van in het bos spelende kinderen.
Loop na het vinden van de cache via waypoint N 51°34.456' - E005°56.921' naar de parkeerplaats bij het beginpunt.

In en rondom het toeristische dorp Overloon is in de tweede wereldoorlog hard gevochten. Als gevolg hiervan is na de oorlog het Oorlogsmuseum opgericht. Tegenwoordig heet het Liberty Park en wordt er veel informatie gegeven over het voorkomen van oorlog. Verder heeft Overloon een nieuw en modern dorpsplein en is er een dierentuin te vinden.

This multicache leads you through Overloon (NB) in the Netherlands. You will make a walk through this village of approximately 3 km.
Park your car or bicycle at the coordinates as you can see on the top of this page. Walk to the first sculpture at the following waypoint: N 51°34.240' - E005°57.173'
Here you will find the first of the seven sculptures which looks like animals and have an attribute of the war museum. Put the animal names of the sculptures in the table within the Dutch text in the same order as you reach them. Find the attribute which belongs to the sculpture of the animal and put this also in the table.
Choose out of: Animals: Lama, Pinguin, Rhino, Bear, Camel, Giraffe and Seal
Attributes: caterpillar tie, Neat, Door, Lid, Armor, Porthole and sand bag
Walk to the following waypoint N 51°34.199' - E005°56.893' and walk hereafter to waypoint N 51°34.548' - E005°56.586'. During the walk you have seen the seven sculptures and now you can calculate the cache location.

In and around the tourist town Overloon was in the Second World War a tough fight. As a consequence of this is the wars museum Liberty Park is set up. Here is a lot of information given over the war. Further has Overloon a new and modern village square and a zoo is to be found.
