Geocache Description:

The Cache is located in a popular hiking/ walking area off of Rt.49 in Thornton, N.H. on the Road to Waterville Valley

Once on Rt. 49, head East toward Waterville Valley. Park at N43.53.526 and W071.34.466. You would be smart to park here and follow the correct brook to the cache. The name of the trail is contained in the last sentence(see map posted in the parking area). It is a little over a mile from the parking lot to the cache. Remember the story of Billy Goat Gruff? Cache will be found in the lair of his foe. Cache is in an ammo can and contains a variety of toys of interest to children as well as a travel bug and geocoin to start. Winter accessible.
