Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the posted coords, but it would be a good place to drop off your non-caching friends while you go for this!

Since I started caching here a few years ago, I've really enjoyed being part of the community of people that this sport/hobby/obsession has brought together. This cache includes a few members of the community, but not all - no offence intended if you're not on the list!

Cache is a small ammo can hidden 0.25mi from the nearest paved road or parking; you can drive within 100ft if you want, but beware of sharp rocks and other hazards! (Parking would be tough on weekdays but is easy evenings and weekends.) Although I didn't see any at the cache site, this area is a good place for poison oak to grow, so please be careful. Also watch out for a bees' nest nearby!
