Drive west from Pahrump on NV Hwy 372 (Charles Brown Highway 178) into California a couple of miles. Turn south on dirt track just west of mile marker 60 and park at the BLM boundary markers (no vehicles beyond this point). Hike cross country to the cache site or hike south on the track to the cattle guard and walk the fence line to the cache vicinity. Either way, this is a strenuous walk. The footing can be unstable on grades so please be careful.
Cache is an ammo box with various items for all ages. In warmer weather, avoid the low-down sidewinders by sidestepping the many bushes.
