*BREAKING NEWS!*

A murder was committed at Raffles Place last night. Right in the heart of the Singapore CBD, stunning the soul of this nation!

This is the 1st of a 3-part CBD series, the trial and verdict will be reported shortly.

Strange details of this crime has left the local "poggles" stupefied.

Special unit-"GCs" have been called in. Elite because of their exceptional training, "GCs" are now to head the investigation of this unusual murder. Difficulty is due to the lack of clear signals & clueless muggles everywhere.
Above co-ordinates will lead "GCs" to the general area of the murder scene.
Exact location to be found in clues littered in the report below:

3 suspects have been rounded up in order of highest probablility:

1) Mysterious postman

Muthu loved the METALIC sound.. of crime
Found with matching victim's DNA-hair sample under his fingernails

2) Eccentric gardener

Jim often SAT around his completed jobs
Traces of the victims blood seen on his polishing tools
