The first stage is hidden on the former grounds of the Centennial Exhibition of 1876 in Philadelphia’s Fairmount Park. Twenty-six states built homes for fairgoers to tour. The state of Ohio built Ohio House to showcase the state's industrial capability and natural resources. As the only state building left from the Centennial, the Ohio House has a storied history for all World Fair lovers. The exterior stonework features 21 different Ohio sandstones with inscriptions indicating the source quarries, complete with the state seal of Ohio above the door.
After you find the container, make note of the second stage coordinates.

The second stage will take you on a nice hike to a great view of the valley. There are several trails to get you to the summit, but it’s best to start at the provided coordinates, and work your way up the nice trail on the east side. The terrain rating is for this stage of the cache.
You can see the building below in the distance from the final cache site.

I live far from stage two, but I visit the area a few times per year. I hid the container with two local residents who will maintain the cache between my visits if needed.
