Geocache Description:

I was going to try to find a place to hide a micro here. Although, there is already a log book in the jail, so I figured that the Geocachers and tourists could share that one.

But sharing the log book makes this cache is a log only cache. Trading items and Travel bugs are likely to get muggled.....

Now on to the cache.

Fowler is home to Kansas's smallest concrete jail. The jail house was built in 1912.

Entry into the jail is free. Exit may require a Get Out of Jail Free Card!!

If you are around Fowler on the third Saturday in July be sure to take part in the Threshing Day fun.

Fowler Threshing Day
It's a celebration of a small town and farm machinery that has been used during the past 100 years. The event includes a parade, an old-time threshing demonstration, arts & crafts, food, fun, and games.
