Hugo the Magnificent! Mystery Cache

Hugo the Magnificent will attempt to place a cache wherever you tell him to, and have it placed before you arrive at the site! Hugo is a rare individual who holds a special sixth sense which he will use to read your mind. If you see a tall man in black cape and top hat leaving the scene as you arrive, please ignore him as sometimes Hugo is only seconds in front of his subjects and doesn't like attention to be brought to him in public arenas. It is quite possible that Hugo has placed more caches than anyone because of this special power and his love for geocaching.
Important: Once you have found the cache at the coordinates you specify below, please be quick in signing the log and exiting the area so Hugo can retrieve the cache for the next placement.
Now, come up with your own North and West coordinates and allow Hugo's talents to amaze you.

As you are thinking about your new coordinates, Hugo already knows where you will have him place the cache and is working on getting it there.
Using the new coordinates you provide, follow Hugo's instructions below to encrypt (hide) the location in case the coords fall into the undesirable hands of Geomuggles. Write down your coordinates now so you can properly encrypt them.
ENCRYPTION:
Do not use the degrees (30 and 97) in your calculations! This will cause great distress to Hugo.
Using your NORTH coordinates ONLY, add ALL digits together and record the "North-Sum".
Using your WEST coordinates ONLY, add ALL digits together and record the "West-Sum"
Multiply the North-Sum by the West-Sum and record the "GeoNumber".
Execute the following three steps EXACTLY three times consecutively using the GeoNumber! That is, run 1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,and 3.
1. add ALL digits together
2. multiply the sum by 2
3. concatenate the product to the end of sum
(Example: If you concatenate 3 to the end of 57, the number then becomes 573)
You should now have a number between 3 and 7 digits long, which is called a GeoKey.
Use the appropriate Coordinate Map below and your GeoKey to plug in the encrypted coordinates.

You now have a number that is the ENCRYPTED number of the coordinates. Enter these encrypted coordinates into your GPS which Hugo has telepathically altered to accept. You may then attempt to beat Hugo to the hiding place. Good luck!
