This cache is located off Route 321 south of Kane.
Parking coordinates are N41 38.529 and W078 45.829.
Some years back this area was logged over and blackberry bushes proliferated. The best time to visit this cache would be in the middle of August, when the berries are ripe, but the nice hike and the view from the cache would make it worth visiting at any time. Instead of bushwhacking, it may be wise to take the road leading to the cache. While at the cache site, see if you can see the Wilcox cell phone tower. ( The cache had been an ammo box filled with goodies, with an FTF prize and button for the first finder.)
*****Update Nov. 30, 2017 This cache has been vandalized and the log book and contents are now in a small plastic container.
Remember to wear blaze orange during hunting season!
