A camo'd decon container hidden in a park dedicated to the first African American 4 star general.
Chappie James took his first steps here and later became one of the famed Tuskegee Airmen, earning his wings in World War II and serving as a fighter pilot in Korea and Vietnam. He became a popular motivational speaker and was the commander of NORAD at the time that he retired from the Air Force.
