Geocache Description:

Hidden behind the VDOT lot at exit 140, off I-95, there is plenty of parking during non-commuting hours. No trails, but easy to make your way. Start at the back middle of the lot.

Back in the old days, this property belonged to a man by the name of I. Fritter. While he is not one of the most noteworthy citizens of Stafford,I thought it would be interesting for people to know who he was nonetheless. Located near the courthouse and the main north/south road (Route 1,as 95 was not built until later in the 20th century), he had a prime location to shop, take care of county business and to travel on the best roads. Due to his location, he is thought to be one of the earlier citizens of our fine city.
