This is a night multi-cache!

Spies have recently stolen a container of the rare phosphorescent mineral "Venonium 263" from the LSOH lab in San Jose (if you are unfamiliar with this element, please study the attached chart). Intelligence reports that they have hidden it at an unknown drop site in this area.
In the past, these operatives have been known to leave a series of subtle messages for their comrades to follow. These have often been coded or camouflaged, and difficult to locate.
However, evidence from the lab indicates the container may be leaking, and it may be possible to use this to trace their steps.
We have intercepted a short message, believed to have originated from the spies:
They were last seen at the posted coordinates.
You must track them to the drop site and locate the stolen mineral.
