Geocache Description:

The third in a series of 5 caches in a new country park which straddles the Greenwich Meridian Line is a straight forward traditional. ---- ENJOY.

Gunpowder Park’s dynamic landscape evokes the site’s historic explosive past and provides distinctive and accessible spaces for recreation, arts, entertainment and outdoor pursuits.

For main parking (visit link) see Gunpowder Park 1 cache if you want to hunt for more in the series, but a small road for easy parking is very close to this cache.

This cache is very close to the Plough public house on Sewardstone Road for food, refreshment and parking nearby as well.

BEWARE!
Cache is off main track but maybe covered in brush and brambles in summer.
NOT a shorts and sandals cache in the spring/ summer! Be prepared!
