Yup, as the title states…It is rocks and poles! And everybody knows how I hate rocks! But don’t worry this should be a lot easier than some rock piles that I have encountered.
You may feel like you’re in the spotlight here (especially at night) as you will be in the middle of cars, stores, and people. I felt that way when I place it but that should not discourage you as it should be a relatively easy grab.
